It's Monday, it's early....I'm slightly uninspired. But that's ok. As I am putting my lunch together, I decided to make fruits and veggies my snacks for the day. Great munchies. I got the green beans, blueberries, and peaches from a farmer's market on Saturday. The edamame is from the frozen food section of Costco. My co-workers often poke fun at me saying that I eat rabbit food. I will take that as a compliment =-)
As I was taking pics of my colorful snacks, my husband asked me to take a pic of his breakfast as well. Nonfat yogurt with some lowfat granola. He then added ground flax seed and topped it off with blueberries.
