After working out this morning, I was craving something fresh, fruity, and healthy. I came up with this yummy smoothie. It makes 2 servings and for WW, it comes out to 3.5 points per serving. It is easy to cut this recipe in half if you plan on just making it for yourself.
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen papaya
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla soymilk (or nonfat milk)
1 tablespoon agave nectar OR honey
1 1/4 cup cold water
Put everything in a blender and combine until smooth. YUM!
